What do we ask for!
Thanks for your interest in joining our team! The team is excited to see what you can do. To get a better sense of your style and skills, we’ve put together this art test for all of the selected artists.
The task:
We have a file full of AI-generated reference images for you to pick from. Your job is to pick your favorite image from the file and create your own unique drawing based on it. Feel free to put your own spin on things! How it works:

Browse through the file and choose the one that inspires you the most.

Create a piece of art based on the reference(s) you chose. Show us your style and how you interpret the image.

Once you’re done, send me your file following these regulations:

Images must be in the following format:

Image Size: 2160 x 3840

Resolution: 300 dpi

File Format: PNG
-
Color Format: RGB

Recording your process is a plus. Not only do we like to pay our artists as well as possible, but we also like to see and showcase them everywhere. A 30 second speed up (or speedpainting) video will suffice.

Separating your line art from the colors and the background is another plus for similar reasons.
Payment:
This is a paid test, and we believe in showing our appreciation upfront. This number will change depending on how we judge your art. You’ll receive 50% of the payment right away, and the rest will be sent once you submit your work.
What we’re looking for:

Creativity: We want to see your take on the reference image.

Skill: Show off your technical skills – attention to detail, use of color, and overall execution.

Style: We want to stay close to the style in the images and if you have any more questions about it, let me know.

Deadline: Submit your artwork in 1 week from the moment you receive your initial payment. If you need more time, definitely let me know.
